Welcome to That Life Strategist! These Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Dreaming Backwards Mastermind" programs and all related services provided by That Life Strategist (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

By enrolling in, accessing, or using our Mastermind programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Services Offered

That Life Strategist provides Business and Life Strategy Mastermind programs, specifically the "Dreaming Backwards Mastermind." Our programs are designed to help women build a life and business that co-exists on their terms, providing strategies, techniques, and support to bring a dream life and business into reality.

Our Mastermind offerings include:

Dreaming Backwards Mastermind:

10 weekly live group calls (1-1.5 hours each) covering strategies and techniques.

Small group environment (maximum 10 women per cohort).

Focus areas include practical business strategy, effective operations, energy hygiene and management, storytelling and messaging, nervous system management, and untapped creativity.

Dreaming Backwards Mastermind + 1:1:

Includes all elements of the Dreaming Backwards Mastermind.

Plus, 5 x 60-minute one-on-one calls for personalized business or life strategy, idea development, and problem-solving.

Limited spaces (maximum 5 participants) for this extended program.

2. Enrollment and Payments

2.1 Enrollment Acceptance

Your enrollment in a Mastermind program is considered accepted once we receive your initial payment and you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any enrollment at our discretion.

2.2 Fees and Payment Options

The fees for our Mastermind programs are as follows:

Dreaming Backwards Mastermind: $2,500 AUD

Payment Options: One-time payment of $2,500 AUD OR Four fortnightly payments of $625 AUD.

Dreaming Backwards Mastermind + 1:1: $4,500 AUD

Payment Options: One-time payment of $4,500 AUD OR Four fortnightly payments of $1,125 AUD.

All payments are processed securely through our nominated payment gateway. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

2.3 Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the intensive nature and limited capacity of our Mastermind programs, the following refund policy applies:

All sales are final and non-refundable once the Mastermind program has commenced.

"Commencement" is defined as the date of the first live group call for your cohort or the scheduling of your first 1:1 call, whichever comes first.

No refunds will be provided for partial completion or non-attendance of sessions.

In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a credit for future services or transfer your enrollment to a later cohort. Any such decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

2.4 Rescheduling 1:1 Sessions (for + 1:1 package)

If you have enrolled in the "Dreaming Backwards Mastermind + 1:1" package, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a one-on-one session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of that session without the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for that specific session.

3. User Accounts and Confidentiality

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Mastermind programs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Participation in the Mastermind involves group discussions and sharing of personal and business information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other participants within the Mastermind group. This includes, but is not limited to, business ideas, personal experiences, and strategies discussed during live calls or in private group forums.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided within the "Dreaming Backwards Mastermind" programs, including but not limited to strategies, techniques, templates, workbooks, video recordings, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the sole and exclusive property of That Life Strategist (Cait Fleming) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Australia and international treaties.

4.1 Limited License

Upon enrollment and full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Mastermind content for your personal and internal business use only.

You may not:

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Mastermind content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.

Distribute, share, or transmit any Mastermind content, including templates or recordings, to third parties.

Use any content for unlawful purposes.

Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Templates and tools provided are for your internal business use to implement the strategies learned within the Mastermind. They are not to be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

Engage in any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable conduct.

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying our services.

Gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.

Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components.

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of That Life Strategist or any third party.

Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Mastermind program without refund if you violate these User Conduct provisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Mastermind programs and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive to provide high-quality and valuable content, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from your participation in the Mastermind, as individual success depends on various factors, including your efforts, commitment, and external market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Life Strategist, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of our Mastermind programs or content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services, regardless of the cause of action, will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Mastermind program in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless That Life Strategist, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of our Mastermind programs.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
